Let's Keep It Casual and Do Some Core.

5 minutes of core work every single day will compound over time. Your core is about more than just your ab muscles, it’s your body’s powerhouse. Not only does it facilitate movement, but it also houses your inner organs and central nervous system. Having a strong core strong core is beneficial to everyone because it allows your body to function properly and do just about anything. All you need is 5 consistent minutes every day to build a nice strong core and spine, so follow along!

  • A1: 1 arm candlesticks x10 reps, repeat on opposite side
  • A2: Side holds with arm lifts x10 reps, repeat on opposite side
  • A3: Supermans x10 reps
  • A4: Push up into downward dog x10 reps
  • A5: Side bends, hip abduction, hip adduction x10 reps
  • A6: Pike lifts x10 reps
  • A7: Straddle pancakes x10 reps
  • A8: Side reaches x10 reps
