Pain in the Front of the Hip Can Be Corrected With a Simple 3 Step Process. Follow Along to Learn!
Does one hip feel different from the other? Like you can't quite get it to the floor? What we clinically see, is people lacking internal rotation in the hip joint so we need to create some new space and input around it. Once you've done this, we are going to actively open it and fire up those deep hip muscles to provide strength and control into that new range. When you feel comfortable with that, you can come up into the alternate hip rotation exercise to create balance in that hip joint.
Put all 3 of those exercises together and hopefully your hips feel more freed up afterwards. If so, please feel free to share with others who could also benefit!
