Your calves may feel tight for a number of different reasons. When they don’t have their normal flexibility, your foot, ankle, and knee may not function how they should. As a result, this may cause tightness, pain, and even injury, sidelining you from your favourite activities.
I think the calves deserve much more attention than they receive, which is why I've put together this combo of exercises to try if consistently stretching is just not doing the trick.
