As we know getting a regular massage is essential for good health. It helps to increase blood flow and circulation, and often creates friction in the tissues. During these practices tissues and muscles are pulled away from one another, creating a sense of relaxed looseness. But have you ever gotten off the table and felt like you were a little jammed up in the back afterwards?

Since you're lying in an extended position for a prolonged period of time, your joints in your spine can become compressed. When you try to get up, you might not be able to bend as effectively as you should because the muscles are now locked. So to counteract this, when you get home from your next massage, get on the floor and try these exercises.
