Your lack of power in your shot may be a lack of control coming from the foot, hip or spine.
Today I'm going to show you a few exercises to work on correcting that. We're going to move up to the hip and the spine with some rotation control exercises. Poor control and strength could be holding you back on that release.
If it's not the foot, hip or spine maybe it's a communication problem between all 3, so you can combine them into one challenging exercise.
These exercises that I demonstrated are for control issues at the foot, hip and spinal level. If you're struggling with mobility then I recommend checking out some of my other videos on hip mobility before jumping into this one.
