Do you often experience discomfort in your neck while working in the office? 

If yes, then worry no more because I've got a quick and easy fix for you! In just two minutes, you can do this magical neck fix sequence that will help relieve your neck kink and stiffness.

The best part about this sequence is that it can be done anywhere, even in your office cubicle, and all you need is a towel and a band. Here's how to do it:

  1. Place the towel around the stiff and uncomfortable parts of your neck. Use the towel as a guide to help you move your neck into those ranges that are difficult for you.
  2. Next, lock in those new ranges with some strength using the resistance band. Remember, don't push yourself into any painful ranges. Just do 5 reps of each exercise.
